Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is free from signs of wear.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
